- TinyAngle Studio AI Laboratory — our website developer, for technical maintenance.
9. How We Store and Protect Your Information
- Your information is stored on secure, access-controlled cloud servers.
- Access to appointment records is limited to the doctor and authorised clinic staff through a password-protected admin panel.
- We keep your information only for as long as needed to serve your request and to meet any legal or medical record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted.
- While no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
10. Your Rights
Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or update information that is wrong or incomplete.
- Ask us to delete your information, where there is no legal reason to keep it.
